The 24-inch handle is carved from high-grade Ash wood, a material favored for its incredible shock-absorbing properties. Our master artisans have hand-engraved the entirety of the haft with a detailed crocodile design, where the natural wood grain mimics the textured scales of the predator. The organic curves of the carving provide an enhanced, multi-textured grip that ensures the axe remains secure in hand during high-velocity swings.
